Unintended outcomes of decisions made at various levels of formal institutions, mainly by local government institutions, have exacerbated conflicts at local levels. To mitigate the problem, EIP has organized a training program on ‘Conflict-Sensitive Decision-making‘ for 40 participants drawn from different local government structures. The training took place in Axum, Tigray from August 7th to August 9th that involved relevant government stakeholders at regional, zone, and woreda levels.
