EIP conducted Inter-Generational Dialogues between young and elders to address conflict at the kebeles and Woreda level. The intergenerational dialogues were carried out in two stages. The initial phase was carried out between 20/07/2023 and 04/08/2023 in 20 kebeles of Chinakson and Tuluguled woreda.
The second phase was organized from 05/08/2023 to 08/08/2023 at the woreda level in Chinakson and Tuluguled Woreda center. EIP’s intergenerational dialogue at kebele and woreda level was gender-inclusive.
The objective of the intergenerational dialogue is to increase understanding and awareness among different generations. Establish connections and create opportunities for collaboration.
