Training on conflict sensitivity training to informal institutions (composed of men, women, elders, religious leaders, persons with disabilities and youth) selected from each Tabya of the three operational woredas (Adwa, Ahsea & Naeder), in Adwa, Tigray-Ethiopia. The training took place at ‘Soloda Hotel’ in Adwa from August 26th to 28th, 2023.
Particular emphasis was put on the integration of the conflict sensitivity frameworks into their actions and the integration of the conflict sensitivity approaches and communications in to the daily community/societal activities.
The objective of the training is to enhance the community’s understanding of conflict sensitivity in post-war Tigray
